1. Service Overview

SupportMate provides non-medical, non-intimate personal companion services intended for social, emotional, and lifestyle assistance. Our services include companionship for outings, events, meetings, travel, and general support activities.

2. No Intimate or Illegal Activities

• SupportMate does not provide intimate, romantic, or adult services of any kind.
• Clients are strictly prohibited from asking companions to engage in illegal activities.
• Any attempt to violate these rules may lead to immediate service termination without refund.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payments are required before or at the start of the service unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the selected duration and additional service time will incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the booking may be eligible for partial refund.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must maintain a respectful, safe, and polite environment for the companion.
• Clients are responsible for transportation charges (if required) and event entry fees.
• Clients must not behave in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner.

6. Companion Safety

SupportMate prioritizes the safety of both clients and companions. If at any point a companion feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or threatened, they may end the service immediately without refund.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

SupportMate respects your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will be used strictly to provide service. Clients must also respect the privacy of companions and not record or share personal details without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SupportMate is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or accident occurring during the service. Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings and actions.

9. Modifications

SupportMate reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Agreement

By using SupportMate services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
