At SupportMate, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience for every client. To maintain fairness for both clients and companions, the following refund and cancellation rules apply.
If your booking is scheduled today, you may cancel
up to 3 hours before the meeting time for a 75% refund.
Cancellation within 3 hours of the booking time is non-refundable.
If your booking is scheduled for tomorrow, you must cancel
anytime today to receive a 75% refund.
If cancelled on the day of the meeting, the booking becomes non-refundable.
For bookings scheduled 2 to 5 days from today, cancellation must be made
at least 24 hours (1 day) before the meeting to receive a 75% refund.
Cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable.
For bookings scheduled more than 5 days ahead, you may cancel
up to 48 hours (2 days) before the meeting for a 75% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours is non-refundable.
If the client does not appear within 20 minutes at the meeting point, the booking is marked as a no-show and is not eligible for any refund.
If the companion cancels, you get a 100% refund and 20% off your next booking.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
